Isolated scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop across the area on Thursday.
According to the National Weather Service, these strong to severe storms will develop ahead of a cold front, impacting the area between 2 pm to 9 pm Thursday. The primary risk will be large hail and gusty winds.
Rain is expected to continue Friday, with a high in the mid 50s and a low in the upper 30s.
Across the higher elevations of Southeast Greene County on Friday night, some light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly above 3,000 feet.
