By a vote of 4 in favor, 15 against, Greene County Commissioners voted against adding Thornburg Road to the official Greene County Road List.
The vote followed comments from property owner Dwight Thornburgh and his daughter Tammy and lengthy debate among the commissioners over what was or was not actually county roadway property or right of way.
