A company vehicle and boom lift, both reported stolen from a Home Depot location in Marietta, Georgia, were recovered in Greene County Friday afternoon.
Authorities were acting a on a tip the vehicle which was towing the lift, was coming into Greene County to complete an online agreement for purchase.
A traffic stop was conducted at the Mt. Bethel Road/Holly Creek Road intersection.
The VIN on both the truck and lift confirmed they had been stolen. The truck is valued at $30,000, the lift at $5,000.
The driver of the truck was taken into custody for questioning.
The investigation into the case continues.
