Greeneville Public Works Assistant Director Scott Keith was recognized by the Greeneville City Council Tuesday for his recent designation as a Certified Public Works Professional in Management.
A framed certificate from the American Public Works Association was presented to Keith by Town Human Resources Director Patsy Fuller.
