A Chuckey man is facing charges related to a Sunday afternoon incident at a Fishpond Road residence.
Brian Hoese is charged with Domestic Assault, Attempted Arson and interfering with Emergency 9-1-1.
A Sheriff’s Department report indicates he poured gasoline inside the home and threatened to burn down the house. He also , the report indicates, took phones from two people inside the residence, thus not allowing them to call 9-1-1 for help. The report also says once in the cruiser, Hoese began beating his head against the car window. He however complied with officers once they arrived at the Detention Center
