Two puppies, each valued at $1800, were stolen from a parking lot Saturday evening.
Police were called to the 2800 block of East Andrew Johnson Highway, where the victim was supposed to be meeting someone in order to show the puppies.
The victim named the suspect, and according to the report, told officers the person had met her in the parking lot. The suspect was holding two of the teacup poodle puppies when she became emotional. The victim stated she turned her back to retrieve something, and the suspect ran off with the puppies.
The victim reported one of the teacup poodle puppies was brown, and the other one was tan. Both puppies were around three weeks old, and the victim valued both at $3600.
