There were several Warrant Arrests made over the weekend.
An officer on patrol observed Vergina Sweeney of Kilday Lane walk into a business in the 800 block of East Andrew Johnson Highway around 4:00 Saturday afternoon. Sweeney had an active Violation of Probation warrant out of Greene County, and was taken into custody.
At 7:30 Saturday evening, Jasmine Dabbs was arrested without incident at Floral Street, for a Violation of Probation warrant out of Greene County.
Then again at 8:00 PM, police received a call that Christopher Black was inside a restaurant on Serral Drive. Black had an active warrant for Violation of Parole. Black was taken into custody and transported to the Greene County Detention Center without incident.
