Saturday afternoon at 1:00, a Greeneville Police officer noticed the driver of a Dodge S15 pickup texting while driving on East Andrew Johnson Highway. The officer initiated a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, Joshua Farmer of Limestone. A check found that Farmer had a warrant on file for driving on a revoked license.
Farmer was taken into custody for the warrant and also charged with driving while license is revoked, failure of the financial responsibility law, and texting while driving.
