A four-wheeler and tools were among the items reported stolen from an Afton residence on Saturday.
The owner told the Greene County Sheriff’s Department the theft occurred between between March 12 and Saturday at his house on Betsy Ross Road that he is planning to remodel.
He discovered Saturday afternoon the rear door of the residence appeared to have been kicked in to gain entry. Items taken included two drills, a miter saw, a kitchen mixer, miscellaneous hand tools, and a TV. There was also a four-wheeler taken from the porch of the house.
The stolen items were valued at around $5,800.
