The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission will meet this morning and consider granting preliminary and final approval for a site plan on the Eagle Market and Tobacco Shop, located on West Bernard Avenue.
The shop according to the agenda, would be near the intersection of Crum Street and across from Dollar General. The site plan shows the construction of a 2,700 sq. ft. building along with associated parking.
The planning commission will also consider approval on a plat showing the re-subdivision of three (3) parcels of land located at 230 East Barton Ridge Road. The intent is to revise the property lines and divide the lots. Another plat is to be considered on 824 East McKee Street. This approval will allow the creation of seven lots ranging from 5.2 to 10.5 acres.
Additionally board members will hear from Planning Director Randy Davenport who will give an update on various current and pending projects.
The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM and will be held at the Greeneville Energy Authority Building in the G. Thomas Love Board Room.
