The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission meets tomorrow and will consider Preliminary and Final approval on a site plan for Seven Brew Drive-Thru Coffee, Panda Express Restaurant, and more.
Seven Brew Drive-Thru Coffee would be located on 3075 East Andrew Johnson Highway with a 525 square foot building, associated parking, and drive-thru entrances and exits. The entrance will be from North Rufe Taylor Road, which includes an existing entrance near EAJH. A new entrance is to be constructed to connect with N. Rufe Taylor Rd. According to the site plan, it is a drive-thru arrangement only. No indoor seating will be provided.
The Panda Express Restaurant would be located in the “Shops at Greeneville” retail development, near the intersection of Harlan Street and EAJH. The site plan indicates a 2,600 sq. ft. building with indoor seating, a two lane drive thru, parking for indoor seating, online pick-up, and employees.
Another site plan to be discussed includes a rental equipment business storage yard, located at the intersection of Fairgrounds Road and Fairgrounds Circle. The site will provide storage for equipment associated with the Grand Rental Station Rental Company.
Furthermore, the Municipal Planning Commission will consider granting Preliminary and Final Approval for a plat showing the removal of an ingress/egress easement at Planet Fitness, on 600 WAJH. The previous recorded plat indicated an easement located across the newly constructed building. Further research found the easement in question was removed previously. The intent of the plat is to correct the error.
The meeting will be held at 9:30 AM at the Greeneville Energy Authority Building, located at 110 North College Street.
