A Limestone woman is facing charges after allegedly pointing a loaded gun at an Amazon driver.
Washington County Deputies responded on Friday to a disturbance involving a firearm on Dorothy Circle. The victim, who is an Amazon delivery driver, said he stopped in the roadway to rearrange packages inside his delivery van. The driver indicated this is his usual route and he has stopped in the same location in the past.
67-year-old Debra Remine allegedly approached his van carrying a handgun, stopped and pointed it at him. He retreated to his van and called 911. When deputies arrived, Remine was sitting on her front porch and the loaded firearm was located inside the residence.
Deputies transported her to the Washington County Detention Center for aggravated assault.
