Closures For Thanksgiving Holiday:
All Walter State Community College locations will be closed Wednesday, November 22nd through Friday, November 24th.
Greene County Schools will be closed Wednesday, November 22nd through Friday, November 24.
Greeneville City Schools Central Office will be closed Wednesday, November 22nd through Friday, November 24. There will be no school for students for Thanksgiving break.
Tusculum City Hall will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th. Both the Wednesday and Thursday garbage pickup will be collected on Wednesday, November 22nd.
The Town of Greeneville Public Works Department: Garbage normally collected on Thursdays will be collected on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 along with the regular Wednesday routes. In addition, extra bags of garbage and boxes will be collected during the week of November 27, 2023 following the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Greene County Courthouse and Annex are closed Thursday and Friday.
The Greeneville Energy Authority Office will be closed Thursday and Friday.
All Town of Greeneville offices, including Town Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday.
Baileyton Town Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday.
County Convenience Centers are closed Thursday.
The James H. Quillen Federal Courthouse will be closed Thursday.
The US Post Office will be closed Thursday and there will be no mail delivery.
Local Social Security Offices will be closed Thursday.
The Greeneville/Greene County Public Library will be closed Thursday through Saturday.
The Greene County Clerk’s Office is closed on Saturday.
The Greeneville/Greene County Humane Society is closed Thursday through Monday, November 27th.
