A man was cited Monday after a motor vehicle accident was reported around 11 AM at 2645 East Andrew Johnson Highway near the Erwin Highway intersection.
The Greeneville Police Department responded to the crash with reported injuries. The report states a vehicle driven by Ricky L. Brogan was crossing East bound on the East Andrew Johnson Highway when another vehicle, driven by Daniel M. Johnson, was traveling in the right lane East bound and struck Brogan’s vehicle.
Brogan’s vehicle was struck on the driver side and sustained minor crushing to the door. Johnson’s vehicle sustained disabling damage to the front end and had to be towed from the scene. EMS arrived and evaluated those involved in the crash but everyone reportedly refused transport to the hospital. Brogan was cited for failure to yield.
