A Chucky man was found under the influence at Greeneville Walmart.
At around 1 p.m. yesterday, officers responded to a report of traffic offenses at the Greeneville Walmart.
Upon arrival, a man passed out in his vehicle was discovered, appearing to be slumped over and asleep.
After waking up, the man identified himself as Robert Brown of Chucky.
Brown told police that he had simply fallen asleep while playing a game but reportedly had slurred speech. He continued to deny taking any drugs or alcohol.
Brown performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Greene County Detention Center without further incident.
