A man who was reporteldy talking out of his head and naked in Horse Creek was arrested Thursday.
Deputies with the Sheriff’s Department were sent to Horse Creek Park around 3PM where they found a Chuckey man naked in the creek trying to pull up his shorts. The suspoect initially refused to come out of the creek, and lost his shorts in the water before climbing up a bank. He told officers that he had been in the creek for hours and unable to get out. He was taken back to his campsight, and while waiting for EMS began talking to people who weren’t there.
The man was arrested on charges of Public Intoxication.
