The Greene County Regional Planning Commission meets this afternoon and will hear a presentation from the Tennessee Department of Transportation and Traffic Division for driveway limitations on state highways.
The commission will consider a proposed amendment to the Greene County Subdivision regulations. The agenda also includes consideration to grant approval to multiple subdivisions. Two are located near McDonald Road with one of those subdivisions having 22 acres totaling 26 lots. Another subdivision for consideration is adjacent to Ripley Island Road and the other is on Cimarron Trail.
Several plats will be considered for approval as well as administrative minor subdivisions. Furthermore, there will be a review of all activities recorded for the building, zoning, and planning office.
The Regional Planning Commission will meet at 1 PM in the in the Greene County Courthouse Annex, Conference Room, located on 204 North Cutler Street.
