A Mosheim man was arrested yesterday night after evading deputies with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department near Phillips and West Summer Street.
Suspect Booby Ealey was driving on the Old Knoxville Highway and was seen driving on the left side of the centerline according to the report. The deputy attempted to make contact and activated his emergency equipment but Ealey failed to stop.
The suspect drove onto the grass of Philips 66 Gas Station, continued towards the back of the lot, and then exited the vehicle and ran on foot for approximately 100 feet. He was arrested with evading arrest and driving on a revoked/suspended license third offense.
