Officers stopped a vehicle around 10:00 PM Friday for having a tag cover.
The driver of vehicle was identified as Bronson Lister of Fairgrounds Road. A K9 Officer alerted for the odor of narcotics, initiating a search.
A used syringe was located beside the driver’s side seat. Behind the passenger seat, officers found a locked black case. Lister had the keys, the case was unlocked and another locked bag was inside.
The bag was unlocked and found to contain 54.5 grams of Marijuana.
Lister was placed under arrest for Felony possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
