Jesse Dean Lowery, 69, of Greeneville, passed away Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, at Johnson City Medical Center.
He was a retired machinist from Precision Machine Shop. Jesse enjoyed classic cars and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Lowery; brother, Mickey Lowery; sister-in-law, Clorinda Lowery; brothers-in-law, Calvin, Thomas and Billy Brackett; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026, at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens, with Pastor Sam Smith officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cody Lowery, Daniel Lowery, John Wagner, Terry Kelly, Scotty Knight and Rick Jackson.
Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Underwood.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
