INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Tusculum University junior Theresa Green-White earned All-America honors with a seventh-place finish in the women’s 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship on Saturday at Fall Creek Pavilion.

Green-White, who qualified for Saturday’s finals with a school-record time of 8.42 seconds in Friday’s preliminaries, ran 8.44 seconds in the finals to become the first Tusculum female athlete to earn indoor All-America honors in competition.

The Stafford, Texas native is a two-time All-American for Tusculum, having finished sixth in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2024 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

Teammate Jahzara Hart was a second-team All-American for the Pioneers after placing ninth in the women’s 60-meter dash on Thursday. The duo were the first Pioneers to compete at the NCAA Indoor Championship in program history.

Adeyah Brewster of Minnesota State won the women’s 60 hurdles in 8.11 seconds, with teammate Grace Johnson in second place at 8.15 seconds. Neshara Smith of Cal Poly Pomona was third at 8.33 seconds.

As a team, Tusculum collected two points and finished in a tie for 47th place in the final women’s standings. Pittsburg State won the team championship with 63 points, with Minnesota State in second with 58 points.
