As Radio Greeneville brings you lots of information both on air and on our social media sites this week of the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Helene, today we feature a group that had already dealt with disaster locally.
This is AIDNET of Greene County President Jeff Idell.
That experience he told Radio Greeneville News Director Bobby Rader proved valuable in being up and running quickly last September.
At the most recent AIDNET meeting, Wendy Peay said the local group had worked 65 cases by September 10th, and only 7 remained open.
