A plan for shops originally approved by the Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission in 2007, has been approved again eighteen years later.
The approval, good for only three years, had been granted for the Lollar Shopping Center on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
The property is next to the Southern Craft parking lot and the former car wash which the owner had already renovated earlier.
In other Planning Commission action:
- preliminary and final approval was granted of a site plan for “Doggie Day Care” at 170 Serral Drive
- development of a pedestrian ramp located at the Plaza Towers apartment complex was also approved
