The long debated campground regulations are back on the agenda for the Greene County Commission when it meets next Monday, August 18th, and the debate may not be over just yet.
Two people who recently expressed concerns over zoning and infrastructure issues are scheduled to address the commission during the public hearing portion of the meeting.
The resolution had been scheduled for action last month but was not properly advertised.
The meeting of the full commission is schedule for 6 pm next Monday in the Criminal Courtroom of the Greene County Courthouse. It’s expected to be the final full commission meeting at that location, as plans are to hold the September meeting in the boardroom at the newly renovated Greene County Office Administration Center in the former Takoma location on the Asheville Highway.
