At 10:30 Saturday morning, police were called to the 2000 block of East Andrew Johnson Highway, for a complaint of a possible intoxicated female. Upon contact, officers knew the suspect as Donya Tipton, of Royal Street, and a check showed Tipton to have a Violation of Probation warrant out of Greene County.
