Highlands Air Rescue was called to the scene of a four wheeler accident on Saturday.
Volunteers with the Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad and the United Volunteer Fire Department were called to the 11000 block of the Horton Highway near Robert Kilday Road. Two patients were reportedly injured in the accident. The incident was reported a little after 4:30 pm.
Greene County EMS responded and provided treatment while the medical helicopter was en route. The Rescue Squad used their side-by-side equipment to take manpower to the scene and assisted United Volunteer Fire Department and EMS in helping the injured riders.
