Tennessee will play Kentucky for a third time this season when the SEC rivals collide Friday in the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 in Indianapolis.

The second seeded Vols (29-7) advanced Saturday night with a 67-58 win over UCLA in the second round of the Midwest Regionals in Lexington.

Third seed Kentucky (24-11) punched its ticket to the Midwest Regional semifinals with an 84-75 win over Illinois Sunday in Milwaukee.

Kentucky won both regular season meetings with Tennessee, hitting 50% of its shots in a 78-73 win at Food City Center in Knoxville January 28th and hit 12-24 three pointers in a 75-64 February 11th victory at Rupp Arena in Lexington.

The game will tip at 7:39 pm Friday.

Vol Network coverage of Tennessee and Kentucky can be heard on 103.1 FM WIKQ with Bob Kesling and Bert Bertelkamp on the call and studio host Bobby Rader.  The Tennessee Tipoff Show begins at 7:00 pm
