Wrestlers from Regions 1 and 2 got together Saturday at Chuckey Doak to compete in the class A sectionals. The top four finishers would advance to the TSSAA State Tournament in Nashville on February 21st and 22nd.
Greeneville’s Brylan Rhodes (106) and Derrick Day (138) brought home 1st place finishes, while Gabe Oakley (113) finished runner-up. Kaleb Smith (157) also qualified with a 4th place finish, while West Greene’s Megan Hinkle (145) finished 3rd.
