Police were informed by a witness that a vehicle drove past a school bus that had it’s emergency lights on. Officers spoke with the man, identified as Terry W. Starnes of Paul Street.
Starnes had an active warrant for violation of probation, and was placed under arrest. Starnes was transported to the Greene County Detention Center.
