A tractor trailer attempting to pull from Lincoln Drive onto the Asheville Highway got stuck midday Friday, causing traffic delays.
The intersection is marked by a steep drop from the highway onto Lincoln Drive, just before the Marshall Lane intersection. The trailer portion did not have enough clearance to pull onto the Asheville Highway.
A wrecker was dispatched to help free the truck. Traffic was slowed and stopped while the truck was freed.
