The Greene County Republican Party met last tonight at the GOP Headquarters on Snapps Ferry Road.
While there were a number of business items addressed, local party Chairman Brett Purgason said this meeting was about celebrating, celebrating the season and the November election, and looking forward to the January inauguration and the next four years.

Diane Garland reported the America First Federated Republican Women will have their next regular meeting on December 9th at the VFW. Dan Armstrong will be the speaker. The meal will be at 5 with the meeting at 5:30.
Vera Cox reported the Greene County Republican Women will have their Christmas Dinner December 13th at the General Morgan Inn beginning at 5:45 pm
