Police responded to the 300 block of Nelson Street Friday morning, to a report of breaking and entering.
Officers spoke with the victim who stated he is currently working on fixing up the property for rental. The victim reported that he arrived at the property and found the back door kicked in.
Much of the personal property was reportedly missing, including a refridgerator and stove from the kitchen, living room furniture, two bedroom suits, and a sink and toilet from the bathroom.
