Police are investigating a report of people shooting a BB-Gun while driving on the Andrew Johnson Highway.
Officers responded to the 800 block of West Andrew Johnson Highway at 5:30 Friday afternoon. The suspect stated she was traveling near AMC movie theater, when she heard something hitting her car on the passenger side.
The victim reported she saw a black four-door truck occupied by two males in the front, and two female rear occupants. According to the report, the victim said she saw the driver holding a BB pistol and shooting at her car.
Police noted four small spots of freshly chipped paint on the passenger side of the victim’s car. After a search of the area, officers were unable to locate the suspects at that time.
