According to the National Weather Service in Morristown, scattered thunderstorms are expected in Greene County this afternoon and evening, with some possibly strong to severe.
Isolated damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph and large hail from 1 to 1.25 inches are possible with any stronger storms. Showers are expected throughout the day with temperatures remaining in the low 70’s.
Rain should gradually clear by Saturday but we can expect a 30% chance of rain back on Sunday.
