Sante Fe erased a 15 point deficit with 1:39 remaining in the 3rd quarter by ending the game on a 24-6 run to rally and win the school’s first State Tournament game.  The Huskies had a chance to tie the game and the in bound pass with :01 remaining found Jason Britton who hoisted what appeared to be the game tying shot, but the referee wiped off the bucket as the shot happened after the horn.  Jason Britton had 29 points in the loss which closes an exceptional career finishing with 2,958 points which is the School, County, and Northeast Tennessee record.  Auden Slaughter of Sante Fe finished with 30 points and 15 rebounds.
