Strong wind gusts are expected in portions of the East Tennessee mountains and adjacent foothills.
A Wind Advisory is in effect for South East Greene County from 1 PM this afternoon until 10 AM on Saturday morning.
According to the National Weather Service in Morristown, southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph are expected. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
