A male was arrested and charged with Robbery and Underage Consumption Sunday night after a fight broke out a Lee’s Market.
Officers responded to a robbery on 1650 West Andrew Johnson Highway and spoke with the Store Clerk, who stated a male was stealing a Smirnoff Drink. The clerk confronted the suspect Keaton Gregg, about concealing the drink and Gregg allegedly punched him in the face. The Clerk stated he took him to the ground in attempt to defend himself. Two females who were with him ran on foot when the fight began.
Gregg was at still at the scene and was arrested by officers. He admitted to punching the clerk and trying to steal the Smirnoff. He also stated he drank prior to arriving at the store.
