Police made arrests for DUI Sunday afternoon.
Around 3:00 PM, officers noticed a vehicle traveling erratically on 11E. The car made a right turn on the Baileyton Access Road and drove across the fog line the entire length of the roadway.
Police pulled over the vehicle and spoke with the driver, Anna Setser of Baileyton Road. Setser had an odor of alcholol coming from her person and performed poorly on field sobreity tests.
Setser was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence and Simple Possession of Marijuana.

Police were dispatched to the 3400 block of East Andrew Johnson Highway around 5:00 Sunday evening, on a report of the driver of a silver Honda SUV, possibly smoking methampthetamine.
Officers spoke with the driver, Robert Miser of Orrick Lane, who gave consent to search. A glass pipe with residue was found in the middle console, three Oxycodone tablets, and a CBD cigar container.
Miser was issued a summons for Simple Possession of a Schedule 2 Drug and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
