A man was arrested Sunday morning after he passed out while eating at a restaurant.
Greeneville police went to Hardees on the Asheville Highway around 8:15 Sunday morning and made contact with a man who identified himself as Justin Brown. Brown said that he was not sure what day or time it was, and that he had used methamphetamine the previous night.
Brown was taken to the Greene County Detention Center on a charge of public intoxication.
