A woman reported theft Sunday after her renter allegedly stole items from the home on Sentelle Road in Greeneville prior to her moving out.
The victim spoke with deputies Sunday about 3:30 PM and stated her renter Samantha Jennings was supposed to move out that day. The report states a truck pulled into the driveway, at that point she told Jennings she would be over in a few minutes. Before the victim arrived, both the truck and Jennings were already gone. A microwave, a TV, and two sets of mini blinds totaling over $800 were taken.
No further information was provided on the police report.
