Clifford “Larry” Lamb passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the age of 74.
Larry was a successful entrepreneur and a man who charmed everyone he met with his sharp wit and sense of humor. He operated companies selling durable medical equipment in East Tennessee for several decades, including In Home Medical Equipment and later McFarland Medical.
He leaves behind his daughter, Laura Lamb (Katharine); his son, Todd Lamb (Jess); his grandchildren; his sister, Betty Tunnell; his brother, John Lamb (Tashia); his stepsister, Gloria Silvers (Jeff); his sister-in-law, Teresa Lamb; his nephews, Robbie Lamb, Steven Tunnell, and Jarod Lamb; and the many friends he made throughout the years.
A gathering in remembrance of Larry will be held on Thursday, August 6, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home in Greeneville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation, which is working to find treatments and a cure for people with diffuse midline gliomas, a rare form of brain cancer.
