A man was charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest at a Greene County Cemetery on Sunday afternoon.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department responded to the cemetery at Houston Memorial Church of God on Kelley Gap Road shortly before 2:00 PM on the report of a man with a knife talking incoherently.
The suspect, Willard Cutshaw of Timber Lane, was asked multiple times to put his hands on his head and refused. Cutshaw then reportedly took off on foot and was tased. He continued to resist, but was taken into custody without any further incident.
Cutshaw was transported to the Greene County Detention Center for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
