Greeneville Energy Authority President & CEO Dwayne Wells was commended Tuesday for his first year on the job in difficult times following the death of Chuck Bowlin last year, not to mention weather issues such as Hurricane Helene.
The Board today also followed through with a 9% pay raise for Wells, the increase agreed to when he signed his initial contract.
