A former Greene County woman died in a two car crash Friday morning in Blount County. The wreck happened around 9:30 AM near downtown Maryville.
Killed in the crash was Madison Hoese, the daughter of Cassondra Smith and Gary Hoese of Greene County. Hoese currently lived in Blount County.
Hoese’s vehicle was reportedly struck in a T-bone collision.
The Alcoa Police Department could not confirm the details of how the accident happened, citing an on-going multi-jurisdictional investigation.
