Upper East Tennessee Human Development can help low-income families pay water bills through a Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program funded by COVID grant funds.
Proof of income and other information is required. This program is only available in certain areas and expires on September 30. Residents wanting to turn in an application or find out if they qualify for assistance should visit their Neighborhood Service Center or call the agency at 423 -246-6180.
