DUI charges were given to a man after officers heard a vehicle crash near the 107 cutoff.
A vehicle was found wrecked at the Old Asheville Highway intersection before midnight Monday. Deputies made contact with the driver, Joshua Wilson of Greeneville. Wilson smelled of alcohol when he was speaking with deputies and performed poorly on sobriety tests given.
He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Driving Without License. No injuries were reported and EMS was refused.
