Police are looking into a possible theft attempt of a vehicle on Temple Street Saturday evening.
Officers spoke with a witness who stated that two males attempted to take possession of a 2005 Cadillac which was in a parking lot.
The witness said he confronted the suspects, and they left without the Cadillac. Officers spoke with the car’s owner, who confirmed that nobody should be attempting to take the car.
During the theft attempt, a rear side glass was broken out. Damage estimated at $200.
