The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission will meet at 9:30 AM Tuesday morning.
The commission will consider a plot plan showing change of use for an existing building located on Rufe Taylor Road, from an existing restaurant to a veterinary clinic.
The commission will also consider a plat showing the subdivision of a parcel of land known as the Red Tail Landing Subdivision on West Vann Road. The subdivision would create 15 parcels of land, and served by a street ending with a cul-de-sac.
Also for consideration, is a plat showing the combination and subdivision of parcels of land located on West Main Street.
The Planning Commission will meet at 9:30 AM Tuesday in the G. Thomas Love Boardroom of the Greeneville Light and Power building, 110 N. College Street.
