Greene County remains under a Frost Advisory until 9:00 AM today with a Freeze Watch to begin late tonight through Thursday morning.
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. Those that have in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
