Police investigated an accident with injuries Friday morning. According to the report, a Ford sedan driven by Linda E. Wykle was turning left from West Andrew Johnson Highway onto Hal Henard Road around 8:00 AM Friday. Wykle allegedly failed to yeild to the second vehicle, a Nissan Altima driven by Trevor S. Lee. This resulted in a T-Bone type collision and the Altima went off the roadway into a ditch. Lee was taken to the hospital by a family member, with suspected major injuries. No injuries were reported for the Ford. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
